About Anandita

Anandita Singh grew up in 8 different cities in India before she joined IIT Kharagpur to pursue Instrumentation Engineering. She got her professional start with Barclays & J P Morgan Chase but always dreamed of starting her own company. So she took the plunge and started a peer-to-peer fashion commerce platform, raising funds and scaling for two years before selling to one of India’s largest ecommerce players. Anandita later joined upGrad and played a key role in building their marketing, sales and business growth engine.

A lifelong student, at WestBridge she invests in edtech and SaaS companies, diving into problem statements that can be solved with technology. In her free time she enjoys reading, singing and writing.
