About Pavithra

Pavithra is a pragmatist by choice and a Chartered Accountant by training. She has helped set up and scale two fund management companies over the past decade. Currently, she oversees the finance function of our management companies at WestBridge.

She joined us from Kristal.AI, a Singapore-based wealth management start-up, where she was a key member of the leadership team. She joined the Kristal when it was a fledgling startup and helped scale the company to serve over 50,000 clients worldwide and manage over one billion USD in terms of assets under management. She established the Compliance, Fund Operations and Finance teams at Kristal and liaised with regulators to obtain fund management licences in Singapore, Hong Kong, and India. Prior to her Kristal stint, Pavithra was part of Harmony Capital, a boutique wealth management company based out of Pondicherry. Here, she helped structure and run one of the first Category III Alternative Investment Funds in India. Before transitioning to the financial services sector, she was an audit executive at KPMG.

In her free time, she spends time with her family and is forever engaged in pursuit of getting their home perfectly organized.
