About Sanchit

Sanchit Dayal is an Assistant Vice President at WestBridge Capital, based in Bangalore. He partners with portfolio companies to help scale businesses that bridge systemic gaps at scale, with a particular passion for backing Indian founders building for the world.

Most recently, Sanchit served as Chief of Staff at Credgenics, India’s largest debt collections platform, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company 8x in ARR and securing its Series B financing. He drove key initiatives across product, customer success, sales, finance, strategy, leadership hiring, and investor relations.

Prior to business school, Sanchit was part of the investment team at WestBridge Capital, leading diligence and portfolio work across public and private markets – including companies across SaaS, consumer tech, edtech, and transportation. He began his career in the Global Education Practice of L.E.K. Consulting, advising some of the world’s largest education companies and private equity firms across Brazil, France, Southeast Asia, and India.

Sanchit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi.

Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, hiking, traveling, and exploring new dance routines. He never passes up a conversation on modern history or global geopolitics.
