About Subham

Subham Rajgaria is an Assistant Vice President at WestBridge Capital, based in Bangalore. He focuses on identifying and supporting exceptional entrepreneurs who are harnessing the power of technology and AI to solve pressing global problems and build scalable, value-driven businesses.

Subham began his career at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on large-scale digital transformations across manufacturing and logistics. He joined WestBridge Capital in 2020 and partnered closely with founders and operators to identify and scale growth-oriented businesses in the consumer and software sectors—experiences that deepened his appreciation for resilient entrepreneurs building during the COVID years.

Subham holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as President of the South Asian Business Association. He also held leadership roles in the Investment Management and Private Equity & Venture Capital Clubs. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Outside of work, Subham is an avid badminton and squash player and enjoys conversations on macroeconomics, finance, and the evolving impact of AI on society and business.
