About Karan
Karan believes in giving everything he does his 100%. He serves as a thought partner and advisor on all Westbridge portfolios. He strongly believes that solutions lie in identifying purpose-driven, authentic leaders who hold promise of going beyond the organization and enriching society.
Karan is a Senior Vice President in charge of Talent Acquisition at Westbridge Capital, Bangalore. He works closely with Founders, CXOs and senior management leaders to better understand, assess and optimize the strength of their leadership teams for maximum performance. With 23 years of executive search experience behind him, he has successfully led and hired board members, CXOs, Presidents, and a host of functional Vice Presidents across businesses.
Karan has been part of conglomerates like EY, Dell, Cisco, Google, and Flipkart, helping find the right leaders at the country, region and global business levels. Before partnering us at Westbridge, he was part of a Saas product company, responsible for their Talent Acquisition across Asia Pacific and Japan.
When not spotting talent for Westbridge, Karan can be found spotting speed on the tracks! He is an avid motorsport fan who closely follows racing events like Formula 1, World Rally Championships, Stock Car series, Touring Car series and Rally Raids.
