About Naushi

Naushi Ahmed is Head of Communications & Public Relations at WestBridge Capital, based in Bangalore. She leads the firm’s strategic visibility, brand positioning, and media engagement efforts, and partners with portfolio companies as a trusted communications advisor to craft compelling narratives and manage brand reputation.

Naushi brings over 15 years of experience across corporate and agency environments, having led communications for some of the world’s most respected brands in technology, telecom, and consumer sectors. Her expertise spans the full communications lifecycle—from building brand strategies to executing integrated programs that combine creative storytelling with measurable results.

Before WestBridge, Naushi was part of the communications team at Amazon, where she led marquee consumer campaigns for Amazon Prime and Amazon Pay. She previously headed internal communications and employer branding at Genpact and held senior leadership roles at global PR firms Burson and MSL, where she developed high-impact, insight-driven campaigns grounded in a deep understanding of stakeholder ecosystems.

Naushi holds an MBA in Communications Management from Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication, Pune. Outside of work, she enjoys crime fiction, binge-watching thrillers, and spending time with her husband and endlessly curious son.
