About Nupur
Nupur focuses on partnering with companies in the BFSI and fintech sectors, working closely with management teams while continuously building her own expertise across the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining WestBridge, Nupur spent over two years at BCG, where she worked across the Financial Services, Industrial Goods, and Consumer Tech practices. Her experience spanned strategy development, post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation initiatives. During this time, she advised some of India’s largest banks on strategy and implementation projects driving enterprise-wide impact.
Nupur is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from IIM Ahmedabad. Outside of work, she enjoys binge-watching series and reading and balances her downtime with cycling to stay active.
