About Deepak

Born and brought up in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Deepak joined IIT Bombay to pursue Electrical engineering and later went to IIM Ahmedabad for his MBA. He started his professional career with Credit Suisse as an equity research analyst covering financials and market strategy.

He was always excited by long term investing and joined WestBridge in 2011. He spent most of his time in the past 14 years in the financial services space. Currently he leads fintech investments for the fund. Ramineedi is really excited about the massive opportunity in the highly under-penetrated Indian financials and fintech space. In addition to investing, he loves traveling, wildlife photography, tennis, poker and movies.
