Pranav Manani, ‘Vice President – Tax and Regulatory’ at WestBridge Capital, is based out of our Bangalore office.
He was previously part of the Family Office of the promoter of a listed pharmaceutical company and prior to that, Pranav was part of EY and BMR in their transaction tax and regulatory teams. Pranav has extensive experience in advising clients on fund structuring, transaction structuring, tax and regulatory aspects of M&A, takeovers etc.
Pranav is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a graduate from Bangalore University.”
