About Aditi

Aditi Sharma enjoys partnering with consumer tech companies and is on a constant lookout to learn more about the industry.

Aditi studied chemical engineering at IIT Bombay, where she had two research papers published and spearheaded the Dean’s program for student mentorship. Afterward she interned at ITC where she was responsible for cost-optimization of one of their key personal care SKUs.

Seeking interesting business problems to tackle, she joined Bain & Co., serving clients in the consumer tech and consumer goods space on strategic projects such as driving growth, entering new markets, and cost optimization strategies for industrial manufacturing.

Outside of work, Aditi enjoys music, fitness, playing games and spending time with her friends.
