About Anirudh

Anirudh is inspired by the spirit of enterprise. He envisions a digitally advanced future built by the dint of sheer drive and talent. Anirudh is an Investment Analyst at WestBridge Capital, Bengaluru. He is part of our endeavor to partner with SaaS and consumer-tech companies, while sharpening his skills by connecting and learning from emerging founders.

Anirudh holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani. Before coming on board Westbridge, he was an APM at Sharechat. He worked on personalization and diversity algorithms for Bharat users and enhanced their experience across all touchpoints on the platform. He pulled up Sharechat’s Measurement Sciences vertical by the bootstraps, narrowing focus down to analytical and machine-learning solutions for the users' feed. Prior to joining the product team at Sharechat, he worked as a Software Engineer at HSBC, where he resolved cloud migration, software delivery, and data automation issues.

Anirudh is a CFA Level 2 candidate and enjoys reading about the economy and tracking market evolution. He believes that technological innovations have the power to revolutionize functions across multiple industries and enhance user privacy, making the internet secure and reliable for the masses.

When not at work, Anirudh can be found at the closest hobby lounge playing poker, chess or snooker.
