About Bhaskar

Bhaskar Banerji assists the commercial team on private investments and exits. He’s also involved in creating systems and procedures for legal support and provides advice on complex legal issues. Previously he worked at two of India’s leading law firms – Amarchand & Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co. His core areas of practice included private equity and venture capital investments, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory.

Bhaskar has taken lead roles on structuring transactions, documentation, negotiation and has also been involved in commercial corporate advisory. He also takes a keen interest in complex shareholder disputes and corporate litigation. In his free time, Bhaskar likes reading, swimming and mentoring law students.
